It’s another month, another year and as usual, here are our favorites. Well, Shabby’s and mine at the least. 😉 Let’s start on Shabby’s list with the…
Dior Healthy Glow Awakening Blush in Rosy Glow 001
She says she loves that it creates a unique blush on the cheeks. The Rosy Glow blush adjusts to the moisture of the skin and that a light pat of this is enough for one cheek and it lasts all day without getting patchy.
Laura Mercier Brilliant Glace in Nude Lilac
Shabby uses this mainly as a lip topper than on its own. It’s great (and best matches) on top of her Kitty Purry lipstick and her other lilac/lavender/purple lipsticks. Nude Lilac is not tacky and actually stays on long for a gloss.
Clinique Moisture Surge Face Spray
This is Shabby’s morning toner, for hydration and when her face needs calming, and to fix my makeup when it feels like it is about to melt off.

Ok as for my own favorites, we begin with…
Laura Mercier Bronzed Butter Face & Body Veil in Gold Lust
I cannot begin to exclaim my current obsession with this bronzer. I just love, love, love it. Although, admittedly, it’s a bit tricky to use on oily skin as it is body butter, and would tend to feel like a layer of extra oil if you’re not careful. I love that I can use it for both face and body, and gives off the perfect sun-kissed sheen that works for me.
Clinique Anti-blemish Solutions Clearing Concealer
This concealer is no ordinary concealer, it’s medicated. So it’s great for covering up break outs without having to worry about making this worse. This has been a savior many times over since my face thinks I’m a teenager again with the massive breakout I’ve been having.
Clinique Pop Lip Colour + Primer in 03 Cola Pop
This has been in my vanity kit for the beginning of January simply because this color is very intense. And I like that I’m starting the year intense lol. Long story short, I just like this color, longevity is decent and its creamy texture doesn’t dry out my lips at all.
